Am I having Seizures in my Sleep?

I am currently trying to figure out what is going on. I do not think it is seizures but no one has any answers. I have been dealing with internal tremors at night in my head and eyes and I can not sleep at all. Waking me up and I fee an odd sensation in my body at times. I am dizzy during the day and I have tinnitus bad. I also feel off with my vision alot. If I turn my head quick or look at the TV too long I have a funky eyesight that shivers and a blank stare. It is very odd. All these symptons are worrying me alot. I feel like I have internal vibrations during the day also. Night time I am the worst cause I need sleep and I am not getting any at all. Last night I noticed my dreams were so off and I actually woke up biting my lip and tongue. Can anyone help? I am taking Gabapentin tonight for sleep 300mg.
