Am i going crazy
Have had chest muscle spasm at least once a year since after covid dec 2020-jan2021
Walked myself to emergency when the pain feel like a heart attack or stroke at least once a year since
By the second consecutive one that involved an ambulance to the same hospital i was prescribed a muscle relaxer
Thought i was healed
The third pain i went to a different hospital where i got the chest heart and brain looked at all healthy so what is happening in my chest
The forth the same hospital as the third
Vomit several times driving on my way to my errand then redirected to and contemplating which hospital
Got to sit in the hallway for nearly one hour then one more hour in a room
Hooked up to a vital monitor
Lack of oxygen somewhere i flat line several times but i was still breathing
My diagnose
I vomited
Vomiting tighten my chest muscle
Causing lack of oxygen to my chest
I will continue taking my omeprazole and tums gummies

I had a heart attack in recovery after two stents were placed in my LAD artery.
My symptoms were shoulder, chest and jaw pain. I immediately vomited due to intense pain. It was a "code."
I was fortunate that I had the attack when I did because the cardiologist was nearby and put in a third stent.
Your symptoms sound serious to me. The first time I had those, I went to the ER and was sent home with an antibiotic for bronchitis. When my cardiologist go the report two weeks later, things got serious.
Further, it takes 2-3 months to get a cardiologist appointment, and the hospital ER is a mess and takes hours to be seen, unless you come in an ambulance. I wish you the best of luck.
