Alternative to Trelegy for COPD
Trelegy is way too expensive for me, I'm open to affordable options.

Patrict1000 - unfortunately most of the inhalers are very expensive. Breztri is another option but i'm afraid that too is very pricey! The only one not is Ventolin and its only a rescue inhaler! Hopefully you will be able to find a program that will give you assistance with the pricing. Ask you physician to assist you or even the Drug Representative.
@patrick1000 - You can apply here for assistance:

Breyna (generic Symbicort) contains 2 of the 3 meds in Trelegy, and is also less expensive.
I hope one of these ideas is helpful.
Sue
Thankyou, will try these. I do need all three but things are going up everywhere and need options.
@patrick1000 I've been on Trelegy for > 4 years and found it too expensive as well. I've resorted to sourcing it from Canadian pharmacies via internet at less than 50% the cost available via my drug plan. There are always questions about risk and drug efficacy sourcing out of US but if cost is the barrier to accessing the drug, it may be worth considering.
@tumanic outsourcing is our final option for my fathers meds. And tbh, dont have any idea where to start, or where to look .
Checkout pricepropharmacy.com it’s the one I use. There are others and please don’t take it as an endorsement, just a starting point. Hope it works for you.
Web search The RX Advocates or see if you qualify for Wellcare, a Medicare RX plan. I pay $13 for Trelegy through Wellcare. Also, you can go to Trelegy Elipta website and get assistance through them. There are several prescription help programs but Wellcare is the best.
Some folks buy from alldaychemist.com in India. They buy the 3 drugs seperately—ICS, LAMA and LABA.
I purchased from them once over a decade ago and the medication worked ok for me. This isn’t an endorsement but it is what other folks I know have done to get the medications they need at a price they can afford.
They generally buy 6 month supply at a time, as it can take awhile to get it.
I pay $128 for 90 supply of Trelegy. No insurance through a Canadian pharmacy.

And it’s Trelegy brand name not generic.
