Looking for remedies for hot flashes and night sweats from tamoxifen

Looking for recommendations for homeopathic remedies for hot flashes and night sweats from tamoxifen. Anything help?

Any more ideas for hot flashes? I just stopped hormone replacement therapy - without it I have hot flashes. I have been taking them (HRT) since I was 39, now 71 yrs old. My oncologist told me to STOP. I am again having many hot flashes and I am not taking any medicine that causes hot flashes as a side effect. I am trying Black cohosh, how many days do I take that before it helps. Any more suggestions for me?

I don't know if it was suggested earlier but I've heard that acupuncture is quite good at lessening the effects of hot flashes. It is not a problem that I have so can not verify

I don't know if it was suggested earlier but I've heard that acupuncture is quite good at lessening the effects of hot flashes. It is not a problem that I have so can not verify

It does work. It just takes awhile. Add magnesium and vitamin e supplements.
