How do you cope with constant anger when one thing goes wrong?

Sounds as though you are sitting on a powderkeg of history, hurt, and anger.
When "one thing goes wrong" it's the spark that plucks your last nerve.
Who hurt you and when?

I am in a similar situation I have always been the type to confront rather than just walk away from a situation. I do not initiate any, but I find it hard to suffer fools. Most of my issues are caused by Prednisolone which has worsened my tendency to react badly, as well as personal traits. I have found that adopted what I call the "ah well" mentality so that when encountered by something that in the past would cause an issue leading to confrontation, I just say to myself "Ah well". I started taking medicinal cannabis CBD in the morning to allow me to drive and THC of an evening when I no longer need to drive. I have slowly gotten better but have accepted it is just a part of my makeup, and I have to deal with it. If I slip up, I do not allow it to ruin my progress. And in some cases, it is unavoidable. As to why I am like this, I don't know according to my mother I have been like this since I was a young boy. I know as I got older things improved but life has not been an easy ride for me e.g. lost my first wife to cancer with three young children 4 and under. Had a lung transplant after coming within days of dying and the medication needed causing adverse effects. I am no Psychiatrist so I cannot give a definitive reason.

I take something like a bat and hit my bed with it to release the anger, it works for me.

I experienced a lot of anger with my partner the 1st couple years. I would go for long walks after yelling at him Sticking my head under the pillow and cursing very loud, or having a couple beers.. Over the years I use YouTube meditations daily and get counseling sessions for a while. I have also found energy work such as Reiki or Shen from a master has helped me release buried trauma, anger etc that I didn't even remember till it came up. If you are on edge a lot, you might try CBD oil as my partner has so mellowed out the last few months and it also aids his sleep.

I just tell myself anger will do nothing.no one cares and it will pass.

You may consider seeing a therapist who can help you figure out what is triggering you and why? I'm not certain how many of the respondents have followed this path but until you learn the reasons why a solution to help you cope will remain elusive. Good luck in finding the right path.

I'm too young and it's not in my ethics to use cannabis CBD or THC
