After a drug allergy monthly redness

8 months ago I had a drug allergy reaction to a zinc and b complex supplements and I stopped it but after that still monthly I get red it's little bit like hives and itchy and peels I don't know what is it I tried diet and everything didn't help it happens 2 days after my period and also on day 12 of months no matter if I'm on periods or not .what can it be also my lips are peeling after that reaction

If I understand correctly, you had an allergic reaction to supplements. Do I have that right?
