Has anyone taken this before?

@nursed2075, as you likely know, Afatinib is used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has certain types of abnormal epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) genes. It's usually for patients who have not received any treatments for metastatic cancer. More info from Mayo Clinic:
- Afatinib (Oral Route) https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/afatinib-oral-route/description/drg-20061227

Has afatinib been recommended as a possible treatment option for you?

I'm currently taking tagrisso and was referred to afatinib if the tagrisso is not working, by a second opinion md.
