Aerobika and Accapella

What, if any, are the differences in airway clearance results using the Aerobika vs an Accapella? (?sp?)

My doc thinks both are fine. Most here seem to prefer the Aerobika. I really don't get up sputum with either.

I think the main reason most of use the Aerobika is because it can be sterilized in boiling water.

The Aerobika can be taken apart completely to clean and as said above, sterilized in boiling water.
