Aerobika: Is it new or refurbished?

I would call Monaghan customer service.

I just got two new ones from Save Rite Medical. They came in a Priority Mail box. Each one was inside sealed plastic with the standard booklet. They are clearly new and from the manufacturer.

I got mine from Ebay and it came in a sealed plastic bag with instructions inside.

When I purchased from Amazon, the Aerobika device came sealed inside the original plastic bag and that bag was enclosed, with the instruction sheet, within the original box (white box with company name and info). That box was sealed within another packing box. It arrived in perfect condition. The price was about the same as the Aerobika I purchased at a pharmacy. If you don’t see the Aerobika on the pharmacy shelves, most will order for clients. Good luck with it.
Yes, I would contact the company.

Several days ago, I asked members of this forum about Aerobika not being packaged in a company box, only in cellophane wrap. Some responders mentioned that they too received theirs packaged in cellophane wrap, but one member responded saying that theirs came in a company box. This prompted me to contact the manufacturer to be sure I received an authentic product. Here is the response from Monaghan Medical Corporation: "It should have been in a bag with clear packaging. All that would have been on the clear cellophane packaging would have been a couple of black stamps with the UDI numbers on it."
