Advice about parkinson's caregiving.

My mother was i'm diagnosed with parkinson's over a year ago. And now I have to take over her there's an medication in her care. She had got to the point that she was not taking all of her meds.
And she was falling. But the this worst party is that she won't, except and she has parkinson's,She has triple, walking and with her speech, and with her memory.
She gets angry very easily.
Has trouble sleeping? They have put her own meds for the sleeping, and that has helped. But she still wants to live by herself and I don't know what to do about, does anyone have any advance.
