Has anyone had increased shortness of breath (dyspnea) at rest when taking Casodex and/or the Eligard injection?

Stew, don’t be shy about taking a nice nap after lunch. Your body will need it.
I never napped until ADT but found that I needed one - or two - every day if I wanted to exercise and keep the weight off. It’s TRAINING, man!!
Has anyone else experienced leg cramps? I get them almost every night, from the knee down. And not just the calf, but the sides of the legs, too.
You might try adding Magnesium to your supplements. It worked for me.
I get all the rest listed, extremely stiff, hips, knees, Some hot flashes, and
a real tingling feeling all over, poor sleep, shrunken penis. My last shot was
last August. Hopefully I can return to normal.
Side effects I've experienced from 7 months of Orgovyx: brain fog, shrunken package, occasional finger tingling, mood swings. Nocturia, urinary frequency, and urinary urgency increasing but this may be a factor of EBRT radiation sessions, 15 sessions down, 13 to go. Still able to exercise and weight train two hours a day.
All the exercising you are doing is probably Eliminating the fatigue that comes along with taking those ADT drugs. Not sure you’ve seen it, but these are the most common side effects.
Lupron/Eligard/Firmagon/orgovyx can cause numerous side effects. Actually due to a lack of testosterone.
Hot flashes
Fatigue
Muscle deterioration
Bone weakening
Brain fog
Depression
Weight gain
Difficulty in breathing
The urinary issues you are having are not unusual. They usually go away a few weeks or months after the radiation. If not, there are drugs you can take that can help with that. I started having an incontinence problem about five years after radiation, It’s gotten worse in the years since then, but I found a pill that really eliminates almost all of the problems (Myrbetriq).
Well said
