Acoustic Neuroma and Li-Fraumeni Syndrome
I have Li-Fraumeni Syndrome rare autosomal dominant hereditary disorder. My body does not fight off cancer. I have had 5 different cancers in 32 years, I am missing gene TP53 tumor suppressor gene on Chromosome 17. I have recently been diagnosed with acoustic neuroma. I have had cancer for taking chest wall radiation standard tangents. I was considering cyberknife but I am cautious due to have radiation before, don't wont to turn neuroma in to cancer! Has anyone else had this, looks like I will be having Middle fossa approach to remove tumor. Please advise
