Abnormal Abs Neut Abs Lymph lab values
Has anyone had issues with high/low values in regards to abnormal labs for Abs Neut and Abs Lymph? My husband's keeps coming back abnormal on both and we're not getting any answers as to the reason. Would appreciate any/all feedback. Thank you!

My Abs Lymph value is consistently low. I've read that the value can be low due to immune suppressing drugs. I have been taking prednisone and Actemra for a year to treat GCA and PMR, and both of those drugs are immune suppressing. My rheumatologist isn't concerned about the low value.
My Abs Neut was high when I was first diagnosed with GCA and PMR, but it improved quickly once I started treatment. I had other test values at that time which were also out of range, including ESR and C Reactive Protein. I had a lot of active inflammation at that time.
Is your husband taking any immune suppressing drugs? Is his disease or diseases well controlled?
