Good morning all - at one time i swear this VCRC Tissue Repository study, which is still recruiting in Cleavland , UPENN and Ontario ,CA , had PMR in the list for eligibility :

VCRC Tissue Repository -- https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT02967068

We have several conversations with GCA as the topic in our PMR -section and GCA IS listed as one of the diseases.

note : Secukinumab is a human monoclonal IgG1k antibody that has been developed to target and block the actions of IL-17A.

An Open-label, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Pharmacokinetics, Safety and Tolerability of Intravenous Secukinumab Infusion in Adults With Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) or Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR)

This study will examine how intravenous (i.v.) Secukinumab will be processed in the body (pharmacokinetics [PK]) and whether it will be safe and tolerable after multiple doses of i.v. Secukinumab infusion in adult patients with giant cell arteritis (GCA) or polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR).
I think it is only recruiting in FLorida.
this figure shows where IL-17 and IL-6 play a role in GCA.
