Abatacept - a weekly injection as an anti-rejection medication

During COVID the French doctors had to find a way to protect their patients from contracting COVID because the transplant patients were coming into a health care setting with many, many infectious patients and were in danger. Also, there were fewer professionals to actually administer the Belatacept so they received permission to try this approach with injectable abatacept. Good to know about and be informed.
