With 7.5% pvc burden what is the varies treatments? Burden was 2% a couple of years ago. I’m now 76. Feel the most when sleeping. Had PVCs when I was in my twenties. Seems to be getting more. Having an echo tomorrow to see if heart is strong. Walk 3 miles daily.

Essentially, they'll do workups and tests on you to see if you have any underlying problems that don't come immediately to the eye or the hand. They may do echocardiogram, MRI, stress tests, and of course the more basic stuff like determining if you have hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, kidney disease, pre-diabetes, anything they know has caused or is associated with PVCs in other patients.
Often it's just age. Maybe some stretching and scarring in the tissues of the vessels of your heart, maybe some valve problems. Almost all of this is fixable, especially if you are motivated and learn as much as you can.
Good luck to you!
