6 Different Back pain problems.
I have found out recently that i have 6 different painful problems with my back.
1) Lumbar Spondylosis. 2) Lumbar Facet Arthropathy. 3)Neuroforaminal Stenosis of Lumbar Spine. 4) Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease. 5) Tarlov Cyst. 6) Saddle Anesthesia. 🔽 This one i'm seeing a Neurosurgeon in April to do a test run with the generator and wires to see if it helps with the pain in my back, buttocks, front and back of legs down to both feet. Any thoughts would be helpful.

“Join the club” of multifaceted degenerative disc condition! I’ve been in this club for 30 years. It’s hard to accept our condition because it is rarely a stable thing. I alternate between surgeries, PT, epidurals, low-dose, Percocet, light exercising, mostly walking and strengthening and living my life. Oh yes, and enjoying a good heating pad. I guess I’m lucky to have watched my dad age because I inherited his back. My best advice is to make sure you surround yourself with great doctors a great orthopedic surgeon a great pain management doctor a great primary care doctor and advocate for yourself and your needs. Sometimes I have to really push them to talk to each other. The other advice I have is to make sure you have things lined up in your life that really make you happy And you can alternate between those things as well as managing the pain and the degeneration. Keep a positive attitude, keep on researching, trying new things learning about side effects and accepting the times when things get bad one thought which passes through my head is that when things are bad if I accept them as not unique to me, but just that all humans have to struggle with something bad and this is my “bad”to have to struggle with I can rebalance myself. There are other people that go through the same things and for me it is helpful - like you are doing - reaching out - to commune with others, and realize that we endure, regress, advance, and it becomes about our attitude getting through difficult times.
