4cm mass on right adrenal, with tumors in ovaries. Correlation?

I am just a guy. Dealing with maybe girl things… My girl is in an ICU here in MN (not yet mayo but talk among doctors) in a state of hypertension BP. Hydralazine (BP reducer) seems to make her BPM go rocket needing labetalol(BPM reducer) then to a puking rage. I suppose my question is should the brain be scanned for a cause of all variables? Cortisol lab is correct. Can get more info to those that reply with specific requests on info… just - fella looking for answers…
