Surgery to remove prostate cancer is an extremely complex procedure... everything depends on the surgeon and their skill. I feel truly terrible for whoever decided to proceed with the operation without first conducting a thorough investigation into the latest techniques and the expertise of various surgeons. After my biopsy in very famous and reliable university in South California my urologist told me ...after surgery for you ...no incontinence no ED and so on so on... but I find person on cancer forum who share his experience about his surgery
I feel terrible because you are still suffering from urinary incontinence four years later. In my case, the incontinence ceased on the fourth day after my catheter was removed. I can not tell you yet about my ED because it is only 5 weeks after but check all post of wheel1 on this forum and read ..
Read all post from wheel1.. because of him I feel so good right now....and I find best surgeon. That why we all here to share and give to each other best information . You can find my posts and his posts on this forum and share with every one.
I am so appreciate to Jeff Marchi..@jeffmarc... you are very active on this forum and supportive.
dragonmas73 I don not what to say about ED...First time I had sex with my wife was 47 years ago...and we are still
together...with full support from her to do my surgery and to get rid of this demon from my body.

Really disappointed to hear how poorly your prostate cancer surgery went. The doctor you go to can have a major factor on the results. Did you find out how many surgeries he had done before having yours done by him?

I must admit I haven’t heard of somebody having pain on orgasm, But anything is possible.

You could get rid of both the incontinence and the inability to get an erection at the same time with different implants. One person on this forum actually had both done at once. I’m just not sure with your pain issue that it makes sense. It might make sense for you to contact a doctor that specializes in erectile dysfunction issues to find out what could be done about your pain.

I had surgery 16 years ago and I had no incontinence after, though I did have ED, Something that can be resolved. My doctor had done many hundreds of surgeries at that time.
