Really disappointed to hear how poorly your prostate cancer surgery went. The doctor you go to can have a major factor on the results. Did you find out how many surgeries he had done before having yours done by him?

You could get rid of both the incontinence and the inability to get an erection at the same time with different implants. One person on this forum actually had both done at once. I had surgery 16 years ago and I had no incontinence after, though I did have ED, Something that can be resolved. My doctor had done many hundreds of surgeries at that time.
