Really disappointed to hear how poorly your prostate cancer surgery went. The doctor you go to can have a major factor on the results. Did you find out how many surgeries he had done before having yours done by him?

I must admit I haven’t heard of somebody having pain on orgasm, But anything is possible.

You could get rid of both the incontinence and the inability to get an erection at the same time with different implants. One person on this forum actually had both done at once. I’m just not sure with your pain issue that it makes sense. It might make sense for you to contact a doctor that specializes in erectile dysfunction issues to find out what could be done about your pain.

I had surgery 16 years ago and I had no incontinence after, though I did have ED, Something that can be resolved. My doctor had done many hundreds of surgeries at that time.
