3 years since RC and now have same cancer in remnant urethra remains. What will surgery be like to remove tumor and remnant urethra?

Probably a TURBT. I recommend blue light to make CIS more visible.

Thank you for asking.
I have a tela video with Dr Skinner from Stanford who did my RC. Since the cancer is in the remnant urethra I am in the dark about how they do the surgery. My doctor here said my scar tissue was bad and wasn’t sure if there would be enough flap for the surgery. He didn’t explain any further. So that really left me in the dark. I am sure Dr Skinner will answer all my questions. I haven’t found much information on the internet.
