17 year old. Constantly sick and nobody helping.

Around June in 2019, I got my first kidney stone and that’s when I first started to feel sick. I have a kidney doctor now but don’t see them much anymore because I’m not having kidney problems like I was. I started getting more sick after that, where I would throw up bile for no reason, I would just wake up out of my sleep and throw up. I’m only 17 years old and I go to a GI doctor to try and figure out what’s wrong with me. They first thought I had crohns or celiac or maybe a milk allergy. I got blood tests for celiac and the milk allergy, both came out negative. I then got a endoscopy and colonoscopy to see if I have crohns and they did biopsy’s on celiac and a milk allergy also, all came out negative. I have gotten ultrasounds to look at my liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen, those also came out negative. I just got a hida scan done to see if my gallbladder is functioning correctly and it came out normal. I am still throwing up at least once a week, I can barely make it through a week of school without feeling sick. I’m nauseous all the time and I can’t gain any weight, it’s more like I’m losing it. I’ve been getting back pains that radiate to my legs and my middle abdomen, I was sure it was my gallbladder that was making me sick since it runs in my family to have a bad gallbladder but I am now losing hope that they’ll ever find out what’s wrong with me and I am wondering if I should get an appointment to the Mayo Clinic to see if they can figure it out. I don’t feel normal, I wake up and feel sick and I just wanna be a normal teenager who can do things without feeling sick.

@kait45 - I’m checking in on you. You have had many tests but you still feel sick. You have seen a GI doctor- do you also have an Internist or Family Physician to direct your need to see other specialists?

Hi. I just joined this group because I've worked with kids all my life. You posted back in February and I wanted to find out where things are as of now and hopefully you have made some progress. I think it is important that you check with Mayo and not lose hope.
