16 year old with possible autoimmune

My 16 year old daughter may possibly have SLE or another autoimmune disorder but she doesn’t see a doctor for this until December and I’m desperate to have some answers. She had a stroke a few weeks ago and now this is all popping up and was hoping someone could shine some light on it for me here. She has for a while been losing her hair, had joint pain, been tired but we just chocked it up to her being a kid and staying up late and bleaching her hair. Now we are thinking different. Lab results are as follows:
ANA- Positive
ANA Titer- 1:40
ANA Pattern- Nuclear Homogeneous
ANA Titer-2- 1:80
ANA Pattern-2- Nuclear Speckled
Lupus Anticoagulant not detected
PTT-LA Screen- 34
DVVT- 48 High
Bilirubin has been 2.2-4.8 thru this time and going up
BUN- 8
EGFR- >60
Her labs are all over the place and now they think she may possibly have Gilbert’s syndrome as well. Idk if anyone can look at this stuff and tell me anything but this momma just needs to know if my baby has lupus or not or if it’s a good possibility cause I keep getting conflicting answers from everyone. TIA!!

@tabathamobbs. I’m very sorry that your daughter possibly has an autoimmune disease. She'll need lots of support from you and the whole family because she will get frustrated with all that she will have to do. She can be just like other teens—she’ll just have more pills to take and some ‘down’ days. Learn as much as you can about her disease so you will also understand and she will feel comfortable talking with you about it.
