I have this exact same pain area.

I unfortunately have nasal/sinus symptoms still, however I keep telling them that if this is what inflammation/infection feels like, then I never had inflammation/infection pre surgery.

They say I could now have sinus issues that have caused overly active nerves.
But they can tell what is what due to the way my sinuses look.

I just know, that never in my life did I have pain like this.

Do you get any pulsation pain that ever goes to the back of your head like migraine or is it always just at the front?

Has your Neurologist treated you as a “migraine type” patient?
Have you tried amitriptyline?
