I am considering trying it out. It has been long used in India for BPH.

@pablo81, I also have BPH but haven't tried Himalaya Himplasia. I've been taking a generic Flomax for many years and have thought about my options. I have tried adding a few of the better known supplements that have research information available on them. While you wait for others with experience on the supplement, I thought I would share some information that I found. The only research I could find was from 2012 and is difficult for the average person like myself to understand.

" Himplasia (Himalaya) possess both alpha one adrenoreceptor blocker and 5 alpha one reductase inhibitor activities. Company also claims to inhibit stromal cells proliferation. Himplasia is introduced in tablet form and contains Gokshura (Tribulus Terrestris), Putikaranja (Casalpinia bonducella), Puga (Arega Catechu), Shatavari (Asparagus Racemosus), Varuna (Crataeva nurvala) and Akika Pisti.[64]"

Here's a reference from April 2023 that doesn't mention the supplement Himalaya Himplasia but contains a lot of good information:

Thank you. I just acquired a 30 day supply of Himalaya Hyplasia. Have not decided to take it yet though.

NIH studies mention it along with many other supplements.

I am also on Flomax. Have resisted Finasteride due to cancer linkage.

I currently take tumeric, beta siterosol and pumpkin seed oil along with my flomax. At night I take 400 mg ibuprofen and sleep through the night,.

Lot of mis information out there. Lets stay in touch.

Has anyone taken this supplement to help manage BPH? This is a supplement developed in India and has been around a long time that claims to improve symptoms and reduce size of prostate.

Still oscillating back and forth on whether to try Himplasia. Patient surveys are favorable but all from India.

Trying to get info from Himalaya Wellness Company. No response yet. Apparently it is not available in USA except via on line purchase.

It seems no one wants to talk to me about Himplasia. Contacted Himalaya Wellness Company from India as well as other sources. So I decided to try it. After 4 days I stopped. My reaction to it was similar to saw palmetta. It makes you want to pee more but is somewhat painful when I do but does nothing to make it easier. Went back to my current regimen. one tamsulocin, Tumeric, Beta Siterosol, pumpkin seed oil. Then at night I take 400 mg ibuprofen. Usually sleep a minimum of 6 hours before I pee and sometime go throughout the night without peeing..

Expanded my supplements to include lycopene.

Last 2 prostate MRI shows Prostate size went from 87ml to 73ml.....Sounds too good to be true. Was told that prostate size is "tricky" to measure sometimes. The more I dig, the less reliable the info seems to get.
