Suggestion: I was told by ENT doctor, after endoscopy, that I had LPR. After a lot of wasted time and money, I took a breathe test and tested positive for hydrogen SIBO.
In retrospect, I should have insisted on the breathe test after the ENT doctor told me I had LPR. LPR and SIBO treatments are vastly different.
That is my recommendation to you….insist on a breathe test to see if you have LPR or SIBO…..knowing which one you have will save you a lot of time and money. GOOD LUCK!
