@rwinney @lioness I had a feeling the conolidine would not work. Called the company, and they told me to take it with conolidine RAW. That is another product with conolidine and magnesium. They are sending it to me for free, so I will try the two together. I have tried magnesium alone years ago, and it did nothing, so I doubt this will work. But if they send it for nothing, I am gonna try it. I will report back to you guys to let you know if it does anything. It will probably take a month to even get this conolidine raw. I think it is all a scam. Just a hunch. Take care, and Merry Christmas. At the moment, I smoked reifer. Don't like it for pain at all. Getting a card for medical marijuana. Maybe that will be better. Don't like feeling high. Horrible. Lori Renee

@lioness Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, the Conolidine and the Raw will probably do nothing. Good luck with your new product. I just started Low Dose Naltrexone. I think it takes at least a month to know if it is doing anything. I have no side effects so far, so I will continue. I will post about that when I know more. My best for pain is Kratom. Do not know what I would do without it. Anyway, try to enjoy the holidays. Hang it! Lori Renee

Hi, Im Denise, I have huge issues with chronic pain, I have many diagnoses including Fibro, Hashimotos, and my spine is a disaster. I had a fusion of my C5-6 at the ripe age of 35, now at 52 the levels above and below the fusion have totally collapsed, my spinal cord is being severely compresssed, same issue in my low back, and I recently relocated which means I have to reestablish all the specialists I had. Ive been cut off the pain meds and trying to get back on opioids after having already gone thru the withdrawls, is impossible , with the BS opioid epidemic! Anyway, Ill leave that subject for another time.

Many people can help in this matter ,although it’s not quite clear for me .
You should contact your embassy immediately ,the counselor section ,my experience ,you will get immediate action ,help, and maybe full interference withe the local government through normal ,or diplomatic channels .
All the best .

Hello John
Thanks so much for being on top of things for the forum. You are helpful and appreciated. My daughter suffers from chronic daily headaches while in college and playing basketball. She's really struggling. I sent her this link. Thank you and I hope you are as well as well can be! 🤗

@johnbishop Some interesting ideas here. Thank you for posting this; I bet it will give several of us, myself included, food for thought on how to manage everyday!
