Scott, congratulations on your recent success! I am a Massage Therapist. I am 80 years old. I had 3 TIAs December 2017. I have also successfully treated several massage clients who have had serious strokes. My advice is always to remember your body WANTS to be well and it will do so if you give it the inforomation it needs and the environment it requires to selfheal. Your successful solo adventure to that meeting was your body telling you, "See! We CAN do this, together!" Don't give up. Keep moving forward and don't let the past determine your future.
