Hello. I am Vradi´s mother:
Please, would you detail what are the specific medical tests my daughter had to do for thyroid and suprarrenal glands? How can be detected a subclinical hypothyroidism? We have been told only T3 test can deternate it.

She forgott to mention she also has a cysts in her Pineal gland.
Your message is hopefuly. As her mother I have no more than gratitude to you.
Thank you too Ronnie (GRANDMAr)

@vradifegari I’m Jen aka Sandytoes14 I would buy a new bottle of magnesium supplements. Because your daughter also has Addisons, and we are NOT medical professionals here. Just regular people sharing about our health. You asked @jenniferhunter about foods that are not inflammatory. I suggest you Google “nightshades” You will get a full list of those foods.
Wishing you well

Good morning Jen, I am Vradi:
Mrs. Jennifer mention about magnesium salts. That makes us remember to search in our drugs box. For our surprise it smell that way. She was asked if it was rotten. I don´t know if I actually need it. I have not the Addisons disease, but a Low Cortisol syndrome: meaning my values are in the lowest margin, but not under. Mrs. Jennifer gave me a very complete explanation for that I am very grateful. I am starting again the thyroid investigation. Several patients in Neuropathy group told me about D3 vitamin, New Balance shoes, air cuhions and other ilustrative advices wish I have printed and read. Unfortunatelly many of this solutions are not available to me. I do not pretend to get material helps from you all, whish are people in suffering. I am myself under a strong painful crisis. It is like if my hole body were burning and were to explote. But those are our sharde bag. Your advices and experieces are enough to me and their will be welcoming.
I know that something have to change for me. I am going to get better. I has to be.

Thank you for "nightshades" I unknown the word.

Best wishes and relief

Vradi

Hello Linda. How did you were diagnosed? When I was a teenager one specialist in clinic medicine told me I had fibromyalgia. He made made me a corporal test. He touched several points causing strong pain. (No treatment for fibromyalgia?. Then came the poly-radiculo-neuropathy diagnose, with treatment.
Because of my migraine my neurologist prohibited these foods:
black tea, chocolate, lacteous, banana and mango, tomatoes, beans, eggs, proceeded food, white bread. He said: all this foods irritate Central Nervous System.
I comment about this because my dayly diet is breakfast (1 cup of coffe, 1 cup of not balck tea, 2 two slides of bread). Launch (white rice, boiled chicken, vegetables or potato, or sweet potato). Dinner, the same.

Before this strong crisis started. I wet under a storm rain and. My dad gifted me an almond milk package. I drank it in the evening and late at nigth it started the migraine. I didn´t related. Next day I drank again and that was the point of begening. And among all the medications, increase carbamazepine plus clonazepan, prednizone, (which is dangerous for me), paracetamol of 1g and B complex, I can say injections of difenidramine and duralgine has been the only which bring me some relief. I think I did an allergic reaction to that milck of almond...!

What do you think of this Linda?
To be seatting hurts. I most go now. Thank´s for nightshade,
Greetings,
Vradi

@vradifegari Hi thanks for your explanation. Yes I was diagnosed about 30 yrs. ago by the trigger points. There are 18 when he touched them I had 11 of 18. Most of us with fibromyalgia are diagnosed this way . Over the years I have found that Fibro Malic from Vitacost is the only thing that helps me . I tried all the fibro meds out there and either side effects or they just didn't help. I use naturel products no perscription,s for this The use of Epsom Salts helps a lot since the salts are magnesium. A migraine some people get with fibro. I have had headaches but only once a migraine . You have to find out what best works for you as our bodies are all different in the response. .I,m glad you found what helps you
