Thanks for the reply Ronnie. I had a lousy night myself. I go to the cardiologist tomorrow and am very nervous. Talk to you later!.....Karen

Hi Ronnie,
Not feeling good myself today. Some of it is because of this cold FL weather. Hope you get your X-ray results soon.
Jen
Hey everybody, I’m asking for good thoughts and prayers. Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with a cardiologist to talk about heart failure. I am filled with anxiety and worry. Please - you fellow “connectors”! Help!
@karen00

Hi @paulreig, I wanted to share with you a few discussions that are centered around achalasia:

@paulreig
Hello Paul:
I'm sorry to hear of the problem you are having with achalasia. I have had voice problems as well (due to a paralyzed vocal cord) and I understand how difficult it is to not be able to speak with the volume you need in order to be heard. You do not mention the origin of your
achalasia.
Recently, a doctor who specializes in esophagus surgeries did a video on the topic of self-dilation. I thought you might find it interesting.
Please share with us, as you are comfortable doing so, a little more about your history with achalasia. Is it the result of previous surgeries to the esophagus or some other condition?
@sandytoes
Hi Jen,
Got the results from the xray. They are only 'tentative' since the xray itself was NOT sent to the doctor's office.
The report says there is something different from the one I got from my last xray not long ago.
Will go to the doctor on Monday. Hopefully, there will be the xray by then.
Will let you know.
Ronnie
PS.....sent you a pm.
Hey Ronnie, good news! I really liked this new guy. He assured me that I was ok-just need to exercise and lose weight! So I’m looking on youtube for exercises you can do from a chair. He told me that any exercise was good. So I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from me! Hope you are feeling OK! Let me know! ........Karen
@grandmar R Hope your x-ray shows just a fluke in it hoping for the best for you
