I used a VibePlate from August 2020 until a few months ago when we got the Marodyne LIV. I haven't had a DEXA since we switched to the Marodyne.

My DEXA scores have stayed pretty consistent since 2019, although I've had DEXAs on four different machines in that time so they aren't directly comparable.

If my scores do increase the next time I get scanned, which will finally on the same machine as my last scan, I won't be able to say whether it was due to the Marodyne or not since I've changed other things as well. I'm in the "Well, it can't hurt to do this" camp with vibration. It hurt my wallet but that pain has passed. 😊

Understand! If I had had the money I would have jumped on the Marodyne bandwagon too. Fear is a huge motivator! But now I am glad I waited and I think the choices I have made have been good ones. But again waiting for the Vibmor clinical trial results. I am working towards implementing the full LIftmor exercises which have proved that HIIT does build bone. For those who can't exercise (strength training) perhaps the Marodyne would help. Just know that NASA does not and never has used the Marodyne for their astronauts. Instead they use strength training machines to build bone.
