mild to moderate reguritation of the Pulmony and Tricuspid valve

Had a Echo done they found a mild or moderate reguritation of the Pulmony and Tricuspid valve what do they do for this?

At first they tell you what they have found, and then advise you what they think you and they should do. It may be to monitor for now, or it may be that the regurgitation is sufficiently large that you need a valve replacement sooner than later. These days, some kinds of valve replacement can be done without major surgery of the kind where it is open chest, but it depends. If done laparoscopically or via catheter up the femoral vein, it is usually only an overnight stay for observation.
They can also repair some kinds of valve defects and you won't need a replacement...at least, not at the time...perhaps in time.

I have moderate tricuspid value regurgitation, group 2 pulmonary hypertension,
ascending aortic aneurysm, AFib, and diastolic heart failure (HFpEF for me).

I saw my Cardiothoracic surgeon for follow up in September . My heart issues are stable and no surgery is needed at this time. I would need an open chest surgery to repair my heart.

Have you spoken with a cardiothoracic surgeon about your situation? The heart is very complex and a surgical consultation may help you to understand your options. I was told that tricuspid valve surgery is not usually done until it is severe with symptoms.

Do you have pulmonary hypertension or heart failure? Is your pulmonary artery systolic pressure on your Echo increasing?

A healthy heart lifestyle - diet, exercise, sleep, less stress, supplements- have helped me stabilize my serious heart issues. There is no cure for my heart failure or pulmonary hypertension. I can only embrace lifestyle changes to improve my quality of life. Right now, I am doing great!

@lisamae,
I became very ill starting in Dec 2019 after Covid and the Covid shots in 2021. I have multiple other medical issues apart from my heart issues, and new ones continue to be diagnosed. I take many different supplements to try and detox and heal.

I don't take aspirin. Several of the supplements and foods I eat have anticoagulant properties. I rarely have AFib episodes. I made the personal decision to stop eating Natto and Curcumin and take Eliquis only if I have an AFib episode.

I try to eat a healthy, organic vegetarian diet with milk products for protein and calcium. I am doing well.

Good luck with your doctor's visit. I hope you get the information you need.
