CAN A SPECIAL DIET BE THE ANSWER?

Posted by grandmaR @grandmar, Apr 14, 2019

I have been on-line (of course) and I've been reading up on foods that can cause inflammation to autoimmune diseases.
I am attaching what I found.
Please know that I am NOT in the field of medicine or nutrition in any way.
Also, I am NOT advocating for any programs or products.
Just want to share what I found.
Use your own judgement.

Have a HAPPY SUNDAY!

What is the “fire” you are speaking of? At times my body get very red and feels like it’s on fire. I can’t stand anything touching me as it hurts so bad. About an hour later it goes away.
