Post Covid Fear
Has anyone experienced fear after getting Covid?
Meaning you always feel scared for no reason and it leads to anxiety attacks sometimes
Like your just waiting for the worst to happen and no longer do things you used to...Like go out to eat...Go shopping etc etc.
I know my anxiety started after covid and never had a panic attack in my life before getting it.
Even when i am not having a attack the fear is still there.
Does anybody relate to my situation?
Thank You

I believe my fears to be centered on my illness. It continues to get worse with no answers from dozens of doctors and specialists I have seen. My issues are hearing and sight, and also digestion. I have lost thirty pounds and I’m quite frail now.
Will I be blind and deaf before this thing is done with me? That is why I am so anxious and fearful. I believe if I got medical help, my fears would begin to subside.
I am currently going to a Functional Doctor practice, which at least listens and has some experience with long Covid. So far though, no treatment has stopped the progression of this horrid thing.
Meditation can change your life. As well if not better than medicines. Open your mind to it.
I use Headspace and it has been transformative for anxiety.
Commit to do it every day, for 3 months. No skipping. Do not care if you feel you are doing wrong. Just stick with it.
Good luck.
I’m seeing a therapist once a week. I hope it helps so I can avoid meds, but I think I need them too.
