Thank you for reaching out to me and for your prayers. I am at hospital now. I have had imaging to check my bile ducts for restriction and a liver biopsy for rejection. My bile ducts are fine, so I am in rejection and I also think I’m not going to make it out alive. After all I have been through to have a new life free of sickness and ascites, I have to face this. Just pray

@melissa0919 Oh My, this is something that we all fear and which many of us have experienced. First, I have to assure you that the hospital is a good place for you right now. Your doctors want the best for you and will do everything to enable you to come through this.
I sent a Private Message to you this morning. And I have already mentioned you in:
- "Liver transplant - Let's support each other" because that is where other liver patients share experiences.

.
Is someone with you? - I want you or your support person to click on the above link. Then write a brief message - just like you wrote here about your current situation. I also want to invite @katebw, whom you have already met, to join you there.
Hugs and Prayers ❤️

Don't give up hope. My liver transplant was three and a half years ago and my liver was slow in starting to function and they were doing the same tests on me. At the time I had the same thoughts as you are going through. I will keep you in my prayers
