@jupiterkaren Have you tried anti-inflammatory medicine or muscle relaxer Dr.prescription.Maybe a chiropractor would be able to help or accupunctur .Ive studied holistic medicine for along time and some I've found to help me with my pain are ginger-Tumeric tea from Trader Jo,s,Arnica cream CVS .These two help me everyone is different but it's worth a try ,there is also heating pad Epsom salts or vinegar water to relax the muscles, hope any of these suggestions will help.
