Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Just curious - your friends who did this program for a year and noticed improvement from osteoporosis to almost out of osteopenia - was this verified by a dexa scan?

I am very interested in this program but would have to drive over an hour to access, so trying to find out as much as I can.

I’m not familiar with that program but my local Y offers women’s weight classes and and instructor told me that several participants said after 2 years their Dexascan showed increase in bone density.

I was osteopenic and was maintaining at each DEXA so I tried Osteostrong for 18 months hoping to improve. I went into osteoporosis category after going for 18 months so it did no good for me. I think it’s a waste of money.
