It would be nice if that is indeed the case. I've never heard of "Together with Tymlos", only "Radius Assist." I know that they can verify eligibility. After I find out, I'll post an update for others who need assistance paying for Tymlos.

@hopeful librarian they seem to have ended Together with Tymlos in favor of Radius Assist.

The Tymlos site only has clinical educators now.
Your dedicated Clinical Educator is here for you
While taking TYMLOS, you will have access to a dedicated Clinical Educator. They'll start with 1-on-1 injection training and be there for you throughout the duration of your treatment to offer support and answers about taking TYMLOS.

Radius Assist covers cost for those on Medicare plans with some exceptions listed here: Are you on Medicare?

Following up. I just got off of the phone with Radius Assist (866-896-5674). They verified that I don't qualify because I have commercial insurance, even though they will only pay 40% of the cost after I meet my deductible, and with prior authorization.
Thinking I may have found a loophole, I asked, Should the the prior authorization fail, would I then be eligible for Radius Assist"? The answer was a definitive "No".
So my research into alternatives now resumes.
