Which Mayo are you going to? All have assistance with accommodations and travel.
If you are going to Mayo Jacksonville there is a Courtyard by Marriott across street (is on Mayo property). Another motel I think Residence Inn couple block away.
Just call the Mayo you are visiting or go on their web sites and you can find that information there to help you.
