I didn’t know this type of surgery was a thing. I have a perforated ear drum and I also have no hearing in that ear. I woke up one morning during cancer treatment and had no hearing, that was 15 years ago. So now wear a hearing aid in that air. No one has a reason why I lost my hearing. I will look into this surgery. Thanks
