I was just diagnosed with Myc Chimarea and haven't had heart surgery. But I do have a CPAP machine. Wondering if any correlation? Thoughts

I don't get the connection between your recent diagnoses. and heart surgery. I do know from much research of available information, that if you have untreated sleep apnea, each event deprives oxygen to your heart among other things and will damage it. There could be a correlation between your CPAP machine and the bacteria if you do not maintain the proper sanitation of every component every single day.
