Anyone taking Naltrexone for Long COVID?
Just wondering what people’s experience with naltrexone is, does it help, what dose worked best for you? My Dr. Is trying me on Low dose naltrexone and I’m curious what others experienced.

i would think LDN will help you too.
what other CFS symptoms do you have and what do you do for them?
@elliep - Other CFS symptoms besides fatigue:
Sleep problems: insomnia - even taking OTC sleep medications does not help much
Pain: Headache (been ongoing for a couple of weeks at this point)
Cognitive difficulties: difficulty concentrating and remembering things, and processing information.
Flu-like symptoms: low-grade fever
By "another round of covid" do you mean getting a new covid infection or getting a covid vaccine/booster?
The compounded pills were so expensive that my doctor recommended that I make up my own liquid. I dissolve a single 50mg tablet in 50ml water and then use a syringe to take 3ml/day of the liquid. My costs went from about $1,200 a year to now under $10 (because the compounded pills were not covered under my insurance while the standard 50mg tablets are covered).
I am looking for answers. Probably fatigue is my biggest problem, with balance. Just weeks since infection, but doctors are clearly sidestepping me. Appreciate any information.
