Hello, can MRI be done with a contrast substance, if the patient has a kidney transplant 14 years ago? This MRI with substance is needed because the patient was diagnosed with a possible head tumor and an MRI with substance is needed to specifically detect its location. I mention that the creatinine is average. Have you had this case so far or has anyone experienced this? Is there any chance to do dialysis immediately after this MRI so as not to affect the transplanted kidney?
