Chuckie, how much ashwagandha are you taking? I’ve read that 300 mg is a good dosage. I will like to add this to my sleep arsenal. I had been using CBD tincture, but the third bottle doesn’t seem as effective. I tried taurine, and it did absolutely nothing to help with sleep.
