Have you had L177
Pluvicto failed me and I stopped it after the 3rd infusion. My PSA started out at 1.56 and now it is 20.
Diagnosed with prostate cancer that has metastasized to
bones. Any concerns beginning radiation on cancer in bones while waiting for hormone treatment to progress before doing radiation/surgery on prostate. Would there be a reason to wait on bone radiation and combine it with the prostate radiation at the same time?
I did both Got back on Zolodex after two yrs off and had L2 lumbar radiated 1 inch out 2 years ago Now its back in L1 Too close to radiate Put me on Xtandi and Xgeva along with Zolodex PSA dropped 9.8 to 1.7 after 9 months it back to 2.3 78 feel great Pray and Trust in JESUS
2017 had prostate radiated 6 years ago

When will you start radiation? How are you doing?
I am currently receving Jevtana again along with carboplatin. I'm on this after Pluvicto failed to work. After 3 infusions of pluvicto, my PSA was 20 and before Pluvicto it was 1.56
Diagnosed a couple months ago and promptly started ADT. Doctor has decided to start radiation next month on both the prostate and bone metastasis. Three months ago, before diagnosis, thought I had good health, diet, exercise, weight, etc. Was taking zero prescriptions and PSA was within range for each annual check until this year. Now in mid-50's trying to stay positive.
Good luck CHP. Most of the guys here have dealt with the emotions and medical issues that you are beginning with and frankly, we understand. We probably understand better than our doctors understand as we are on the front lines dealing with our life’s uncertainties. I have recently purchased Michael
Milken ‘s diet book for fighting cancer. When Milken was in his forties he was diagnosed with PC and his prognosis then was a year or so. He did research and then completely changed his diet. He is now 77. The things that he wrote in his book are in line with, but more detailed than what my oncologist has told me. I am following my doctors instructions AND following the diet in this book. I feel better, actually, doing what I can to help myself and my family. I am optimistic (most of the time). More than 2 years ago, after RP, I was told that my prognosis was 4-5 years. I have been off of all meds for 9 months and my PSA is now and has been .01
I am planning and hoping and working on beating my prognosis by many many years, much like Michael Milken has. It is a battle that is worth fighting and one that we all must do as best as we can. Perhaps you can chat with your doctors about the benefits of a change in you diet. Best of Luck!
I've been at this, advanced Prostate Cancer 2 years 9 months. Took a while, couple years to adjust to living with cancer and its treatments side effects. Wellness became the center of life about 12 months ago. Its changed my life for the better. Be well my friend.
Has anyone taken Nubeqa? How well did it work, and any side effects?.
