COPD treatment and medication

I have been diagnosed with COPD. My pulmonologist at first said it was seasonal asthma that turned into COPD. I take Breztri 2 times a day. I still play golf and tennis. Does anyone have any tips on making breathing easier?

I use a nebulizer with albuterol and Hyper Sal. Gets rid of some of the excess mucous.
