Hi,
I just ordered the capsules to try and make a topical. Did this work for you as a topical? I'm a little nervous to take it orally but I'm very interested to know how this worked for you now that time has gone by. Thanks so much!

Hi, sorry I don't have an answer for you. I was wondering though if you could tell me where you ordered the capsules from? My symptoms are severe and I would love to see if this helps but I can't find a source to get it.

I’m not taking it orally now. The dosage has to be pretty high according to Winsantor CEO. It didn’t work at 75 mg. That’s what I took for 4 months. If you google Topical Formulation for Pirenzepine, you will see the formulations Winsantor uses. It has their patent also. DMSO is one of the ingredients. Ethanol, propylene glycol, water, benzyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium edta, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium chloride, sodium laureth sulfate, peg 400. The last two I just typed are called brijs20 and brij30.
