I have osteoporosis and I tried Osteostrong twice. I ended up with a collapsed lower back with compression fractures from the machine that you push above your head. I was pushing it, I will say, trying to do too much obviously, but my PT says there are many who come for PT who have been injured there. Be careful. Don’t overdo.
