How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.

I went to the missing persons bureau. No one was there.
I think my house is haunted. Every time I look in the mirror a crazy old lady gets in front of me and stares back at me!
I went to see my doctor the other day. She said my sugar was too high. So I came home and took immediate action: I moved it to a lower shelf.
My wife said she relates.

I was asked why I didn't like cleaning windows. I replied that it was a pane!
When I was studying geometry, I heard about power of a point by word of mouth from someone who excels at using Microsoft Office.
When I came home from work, my wife said “The baby has been crying for hours. Can you take over?”
I said, “Sure” and started crying for hours.
