I've heard 2 pounds. So, 1 kilo?
Sometimes focusing on nutrient-dense foods (fruit, vegetables, whole grains etc) and moderate exercise can be more effective than watching the scale, IMO.
I'm an 80-year-old white guy. My weight peaked at 202 pounds five years ago. That was too much for my 5 ft 7 inch frame. Over several years I dropped that to 150 pounds and feel great. Nothing magical: Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and take dog on long walks.
I would not try to lose more than a quarter-kilo per week, which is about a half pound. You need to adopt a new lifestyle, not strive for a specific weight loss rate. It took me several years to drop 50 pounds from my 202-pound body. I have kept it off by positive lifestyle changes, including longer walks with the dog and becoming a capable cook.
